A separate corner, kept apart from the centre's research: the numbers people need each morning — weather and air quality where you live, the calendar and prayer times, and the exchange rate with a converter.
A public service, not research. Everything here is external data fetched the moment you open the page from sources named under each card. None of it comes from MIRSAD's own measurement, and none of it feeds any of our indicators. If a fetch fails we say so rather than show a stale figure.

The displayed rate is an indicative reference from an international rate aggregator — neither the Central Bank of Syria rate nor the parallel-market rate, and it may differ substantially from both; we call it what it is.
Conversion uses the reference rate above as of the last update.
Weather, exchange rates and prayer times are other institutions' data. We show them honestly and name each source — but putting them on the same page as our own measurements invites a reader to confuse what is ours with what is not. So they live in their own corner, one that says plainly it is a service and not research.
We want people used to taking their daily figure from somewhere that states its source and its hour. When our own fieldwork arrives, it meets readers already trained to ask how a number was made.
No figure on this page enters our twelve indicators, and none may be quoted as a MIRSAD measurement. A limit we set on ourselves before anyone asked us to.
